Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 per year A bit about us: Our esteemed organization, a leader in the scientific industry, is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Plant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the plant, ensuring policies and procedures are followed. The Senior Plant Manager will work closely with various departments, including production, quality, and maintenance, to optimize operations and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, food processing, and safety protocols. Why join us? Oversee all plant operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and optimal performance. 2. Develop and implement operational strategies in line with company objectives. 3. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all plant operations. 4. Oversee the maintenance and management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). 5. Ensure compliance with Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards. 6. Coordinate with the R&D, production, and quality departments to ensure product quality and consistency. 7. Manage documentation and record-keeping processes to maintain compliance with regulatory standards. 8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall plant efficiency. 9. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently and effectively. 10. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and employee engagement. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. 2. 10 years of experience in a plant management role within the dairy or food processing industry. 3. Proven experience with SOPs, CMMS, food processing, SQF, and HACCP. 4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach. 7. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 8. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. 9. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 10. Knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines. 11.
