  • Life sciences experience is a plus but not mandatory
  • The candidate should be more of a high-level designer rather than hands-on coding

  • Customer-facing skills are essentialRequired Skills
    • 8+ years of experience in WebMethods, with at least 3 years as an architect
    • Strong background in enterprise integration platforms and middleware technologies
    • Proven SAP integration experience within WebMethods
    • Industry experience in life sciences or healthcare is highly preferred
    • Experience in API-led development and microservices architecture
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to technical and executive audiences
    • Experience in documentation, solution design, and platform lifecycle management
    • Experience working with global teams on large-scale transformation projects
    • Experience with greenfield projects is preferred
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-premise delivery environment with tight deadlinesNice to Have
      • Familiarity with logistics or supply chain systems
      • Experience with regulated industries, especially in life sciences
      • Knowledge of healthcare data security and compliance standards
