Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient and safe packaging processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Packaging Operator Location: Rochester, MN Pay Range: $22.25 Shift: Overnight What's the Job? Safely set-up and operate packaging equipment to optimize machine capability and product output. Monitor machinery during operation to ensure quality standards are maintained. Identify and troubleshoot routine equipment malfunctions, repairing issues as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities. Follow all safety policies, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or a similar role. Strong technical skills and knowledge of machinery and equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environmental conditions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. What's in it for me?
