Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing
industry, is seeking a Wet Blend Operator to join their team. As a
Wet Blend Operator, you will be part of the production department
supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will
demonstrate attention to detail, safety consciousness, and
teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization. Job
Title: Wet Blend Operator Location: Rochester, MN Pay Range: $22.25
Shift: Dayshift Rotating 12 hours What's the Job? Perform line
circuit and tank piping connections in the blend room, ensuring
proper recirculation and transfer processes. Conduct CIP
(Clean-In-Place) procedures on line circuits and blend tanks,
understanding CIP recipes, cycles, and chemicals. Stage raw
materials and follow established instructions on batch sheets to
accurately perform duties. Record weights, manufacturing lot
numbers, and conduct QC checks to ensure product quality. Operate
computer systems including FIX screens, Qset, and Excel for
reporting, tracking trends, and managing operations. What's Needed?
Ability to follow established procedures and run setpoints to
achieve quality standards. Willingness to operate equipment such as
forklifts and computer systems. Strong attention to detail and
adherence to safety protocols. Basic understanding of manufacturing
processes and sanitation practices. Open to working any day of the
