Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in
precision assembly and testing, is seeking a dedicated Assembler to
join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the
Production Department supporting the Elk River Assembly/Test team.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail,
mechanical aptitude, and strong work ethic, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Assembler Location:
Elk River, MN Position Type : 9-Month Contract with Great Potential
for Hire Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM What's the
Job? Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of product kits,
subassemblies, and regulators following detailed work instructions
and blueprints. Use hand tools to assemble components accurately
and efficiently in a clean room environment. Conduct required
testing such as helium and functionality tests to ensure product
quality. Identify and rework regulators or products that do not
meet quality standards. Maintain detailed production records,
including test data and non-conformance reports, to ensure
compliance and traceability. What's Needed? High school diploma or
GED equivalent. Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand
for extended periods. Ability to read blueprints and follow written
work instructions accurately. Effective verbal and written
communication skills. Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand
