Job Description:
Compounding Manager Position Summary The position manages the
Compounding department within a multi shift personal care
manufacturing facility. These duties will be performed in
accordance with the company's Laboratory Methods and Good
Manufacturing Practices to meet manufacturing demands within
specified quality limits and service-based time constraints.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree in an applied science or
engineering discipline Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing
environment Prior experience in liquid blending environment
strongly preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient
English ability – comprehension, reading, writing, and speaking.
Working Spanish ability desired Strong teamwork and leadership
skills Excellent attention to details Strong organization and time
management skills Able to work with sense of urgency to meet
deadlines
