This is a hybrid position that can be located in any of our offices. The ideal candidate is a pre-2022 law school graduate with 2 years of Paragraph IV ANDA litigation experience. Candidates will support an active ANDA litigation practice. A technical degree in chemistry, biochemistry, or similar is preferred, but not required. Our associate compensation structure has two components: a base salary (based on an 1850 billable hour target) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. Depending on the experience level of the candidate, the hiring range starts at $200k.
