Mid-sized Minnesota Law Firm seeks to add a Corporate Associate
Attorney to their practice! The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years
of Corporate Finance experience. The ideal person for this role
will have significant M&A experience! We need someone who is
not a stranger to putting a deal together from beginning to end!

law in Minnesota 5-8 years of Corporate Finance experience Heavy
experience with Mergers & Acquisitions & executing multiple deals
from beginning to end! If you have experience with drafting and
negotiating terms of Credit Agreements, Security Agreements,
Guaranty Agreements and Loan Agreements for lenders, that would be
ideal! Real Estate due diligence review and transactional closings
