position of Data Analytics (multiple positions) in Hopkins, MN.
Essential Responsibilities: Design, enhance, and maintain SAP
BusinessObjects Universes using Information Design Tool (IDT) and
Universe Design Tool (UDT). Design, develop, and manage SAP
BusinessObjects reports using Web Intelligence and BI Launchpad for
multiple business lines, ensuring accurate data representation and
timely report delivery. Implement joins, resolve loops, and migrate
universes across environments while performing extensive regression
testing for data integrity. Develop and optimize complex SQL
queries using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and PostgreSQL
databases. Create custom ETL scripts to improve data processing
speed, monitor performance, and ensure data accuracy during schema
changes. Develop Power BI dashboards, schedule automated refreshes,
and integrate Alteryx workflows to streamline reporting, automate
repetitive processes, and improve operational efficiency. Monitor
and manage Housing Finance Authority (HFA) report bursting
processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful and timely
distribution of scheduled reports across business units. Basic
Qualifications: Position requires a Master's degree in Data
Science, and 2 years in a Data Scientist, or related, occupation.
Required Skills/Experience: Must include 2 years of experience with
each of the following: Data analytics, reporting automation, and
dashboard development; Develop and manage data reports using SAP
BusinessObjects Web Intelligence and Launchpad; Manage schema
updates and perform data migration with IDT and UDT; Build
interactive dashboards and integrate data sources for analytics
using Power BI and Tableau; SSMS and PostgreSQL; Alteryx; and
Python Programming. Teams may work from home and the office. Base
pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different
location. Pay Range: $ 97,032 - $ 136,500 USD Annual. (LI-NDI
