CADD Manager Location: Minneapolis, MN Salary Range: $120,000 –
$140,000 Full-time | Hybrid Flexibility | Leadership Opportunity

What You Bring: Previous experience managing Autodesk and Bentley
product suites Familiarity with DOT standards (MN, ND, WI
preferred) Project management and problem-solving skills Experience
leading high-performance teams Excellent communication and
collaboration skills Working knowledge of document management,
learning management, and file-sharing systems Proficiency with
Microsoft Office Suite Detail-oriented, highly organized, and
