Role Overview: Work in a dynamic surgical environment performing a variety of procedures, with an emphasis on orthopedic cases including total joint support and trauma. Youll collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe patient care. Schedule / Hours: 10-hour shifts, day or evening Variable start times: 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 3:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Assist in orthopedic surgeries (totals and trauma) and other specialties such as neuro and cardiovascular Prepare and maintain operating room instruments and supplies using EPIC and DaVinci systems Support the surgical team to maintain sterile environments and patient safety Float within the OR as needed and be available for weekend and holiday shifts on occasion Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 2 years recent OR experience Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification at the time of submission Proficient in EPIC, DaVinci, and general OR skill sets Experience preferred in ortho trauma, total joint support, neuro, peripheral vascular, and cardiovascular No acceptance of new graduates Benefits & Perks: Travel assignment offering professional growth and new experiences Exposure to a wide range of surgical procedures and technologies Flexible scheduling within shift options This travel assignment requires compliance with a return-to-office policy of no more than 7 days.
