Restaurant General Manager at Mitra QSR, you will be trusted with
overseeing three key areas of our business: Our Employees: You will
oversee day-to-day operations, nurture, grow, and retain your team,
and build a culture of excellent customer service Our Customers:
Your team will take pride in delivering great food with a smile,
served quickly in a clean restaurant. As a Quick Service Restaurant
(QSR), speed and quality are our priorities Our Restaurants:
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, equipment, and overall
operations to ensure a safe and efficient environment ROLE
EXPECTATIONS Create a Positive Environment: Foster a positive and

best service Deliver Great Service: Ensure guests have great

Effective communication skills Must be at least 18 years old with
valid U.S. ID Willing to undergo a criminal background check and be
able to work with minors Must be flexible with work hours,
including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs Ability to
stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds
Reliable transportation to and from work Be willing to have fun and
