Pharmacy Tech Location: Minneapolis, MN Agency: Pride Health Pay: $13 to $14 per hour Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pride Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician our clients in the medical facility. This is a temporary assignment opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Type : Contract Location- Remote Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Start Date :02 /23/2026 Required Qualifications 1 years of experience working remotely and independently within a cross functional team, with strong self direction and organizational skills. Ability to navigate multiple systems, databases, and applications simultaneously; strong general computer and technology skills. Current, active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to members to provide medication-related outreach focused on improving medication adherence and closing quality gaps (HEDIS/Stars Part D). Engage members in discussions to identify barriers to medication use, adherence, and access; provide appropriate solutions or escalate concerns as needed. Coordinate care by communicating with prescribers, provider offices, and pharmacies to clarify medication needs, resolve refill issues, and support timely medication access. Document all member interactions, outreach attempts, barriers identified, and resolution steps in designated systems accurately and in real time. Review member medication profiles to identify adherence opportunities, gaps in care, and potential quality metric impacts.
