Job Description:

is offering a Nurse Residency position designed to transition
graduate nurses from students to professional nurses. This program
provides comprehensive education, training, and hands-on experience
to prepare residents for a successful career in nursing within a
supportive and expert environment. Residents will engage in a
variety of learning experiences to develop clinical skills, enhance
decision-making capabilities, and gain leadership competencies,
aligned with our commitment to delivering whole-person care to our
patients. Participate in learning modules and hands-on clinical
experiences to grow skills and knowledge in patient care.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to assist in procedures and
patient assessments. Implement care plans and participate in
decision-making processes. Engage in self-assessment and mentor-led
evaluations to identify areas for personal and professional growth.
Adhere to hospital policies and uphold standards of practice.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work
effectively in a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Stress management and emotional resilience Proficiency in using
medical software and patient management systems Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN)
license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, preferably from the
American Heart Association
