Therapist MidWest Center is seeking a self-motivated and dedicated
outpatient mental health therapist full-time or part-time to
provide therapy for adults, adolescents, families, and couples. We
are currently accepting applications for our St. Paul and
Burnsville locations, with hybrid telehealth options available. At
MidWest Center, we empower therapists to build a practice that
aligns with their strengths, interests, and personal schedule. We
provide a supportive, collaborative environment where clinicians
can focus on delivering quality care while maintaining a flexible
work-life balance. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive mental
health assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized
treatment plans. Provide therapy services to clients, ensuring
high-quality and compassionate care. Maintain accurate and timely
documentation, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans,
and progress notes. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team,
including school staff, families, case managers, and medical
professionals, to coordinate care. Engage in ongoing professional
development and uphold ethical standards in clinical practice.
Requirements: Masters degree in a behavioral health field (social
work, counseling, marriage and family therapy). Fully licensed or
on track for licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LPC in the state
of MN. Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning,
and clinical case documentation. Strong written and verbal
communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain
professional boundaries while demonstrating mental resilience.
Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth
