If you're passionate about working with kids and ready to learn, we'll give you everything you need to succeed - including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). What You'll Do: Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a BT, you'll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life-changing skills. You'll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child's journey toward greater independence and confidence. You have a high school diploma or GED ? You love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience ? You're at least 18 years old and ready to make an impact Caravel Pay Details: - No RBT? $16.00 to $18.00 - Obtained your RBT? Start at $16.25 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $22.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT - Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
