Job Description:

Seeking dedicated Licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join a Rehabilitation Therapy team working with children and adolescents.
Conduct therapeutic evaluations, treatments, and interventions with a strengths-based, individualized approach.
Open to new graduates; requires Master--------s degree, active license, and eligibility for national membership.
Responsibilities include timely evaluations, treatment plans, progress communication, and collaboration with BCBAs and ABA practitioners.
Must have reliable transportation, ability to travel within the metro area, and pass DHS background checks.
Offers a $5,000 hiring bonus, productivity incentives, support for underserved populations, clinical mentorship, and no nights or weekends.
Full-time benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and tuition discounts.
Starting pay ranges from $70,000-$73,000 annually, with bonuses based on performance.
