The Chief Executive Officer will serve as the most senior leader in the Association, including creating the vision for our next successful chapter, conceptualizing, designing, developing and executing on key strategies that will drive growth and enhance value for Association members.The CEO will be the key leader in the Association's efforts to align a new, visionary strategic plan and drive success across the organization, providing thoughtful counsel on critical decisions that will bring an ambitious vision to life. The CEO will work in partnership with a committed Board of Directors, and a dedicated staff, to provide leadership, strategy, partnership, and a strong culture within the Association. The Board of Directors are particularly interested in leaders who have shown an aptitude for innovation and change management, as well as thoughtful leadership in stewarding the organization into a new era that reflects its legacy and high-quality reputation.The Association seeks a leader with experience as an agent of change, exceptional communication abilities, a collaborative and accountable leadership style, strong planning and evaluation experience, familiarity with comprehensive Board governance, and a fierce commitment to service on behalf of a mission driven organization, particularly a professional membership society. Leadership experience in ethics and compliance is beneficial but not required.The Society of Corporate Compliance & Ethics and Health Care Compliance Association offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The Association will provide a competitive compensation package within a range of $400,000 - $450,000 comprised of a combination of base salary and bonus.The comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and basic and voluntary life insurance, short- and long-term disability, as well as health savings account (HSA), flexible spending account (FSA), and dependent care FSA. The package also includes a 401(k)-retirement plan.
