Forensic Structural Engineer New opportunity to join a leading
engineering firm specializing in structural design, analysis, and
forensic investigations. Now hiring a Structural Engineer with an
interest in performing forensic analysis of buildings! We are
hiring a Structural Engineer dedicated to restoration designs,
building failures, construction quality assurance, and building
commissioning. Once the cause of the failure is determined, you can
help design solutions to rectify the issues! You can be involved
with construction QA, historic restoration, repair design,
restoration design, and forensic analysis, and more! As a Forensic
Structural Engineer, you will play a critical role in investigating
and analyzing structural failures, determining causation, and
providing subject matter expertise when necessary. From assessing
damage to uncovering root causes, your expertise will be
instrumental in delivering comprehensive solutions and ensuring the
integrity and safety of built environments. About You: Bachelor's
degree in Civil Engineering or related field; or Master's degree.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required; additional
certifications in forensic engineering or structural analysis
highly desirable but not required. Proficiency in structural
analysis software and forensic engineering tools, such as RISA,
ANSYS, or ARAMIS. An understanding of building codes, standards,
and industry practices related to forensic investigations (e.g.,
ASTM, ASCE, NFPA). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
with attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication
skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts
clearly. No previous in forensics engineer is required! If you are
