seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tool Maker to join our
dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the
design, creation, and maintenance of various tools and equipment
used in the manufacturing process. This is a permanent, full-time
position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. You
will be working in a fast-paced environment where innovation and
efficiency are highly valued. Responsibilities: 1. Design and
fabricate tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures for use in the
manufacturing process. 2. Operate and maintain CNC machines, Wire
EDM, and other machinery used in tool making. 3. Utilize software
such as GibbsCAM, Esprit, and Surfcam for programming and tool
creation. 4. Perform quality checks on tools and equipment to
ensure they meet necessary specifications and standards. 5. Work
closely with the production team to understand their tool
requirements and provide solutions accordingly. 6. Troubleshoot and
repair tools and equipment as necessary. 7. Maintain a safe and
clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations. 8. Keep management informed of progress, developments,
and potential problems. 9. Participate in continuous improvement
activities and suggest ways to streamline operations and increase
productivity. Qualifications: 1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a
Tool Maker in the manufacturing industry. 2. Proficient in
GibbsCAM, Esprit programming, Surfcam, and other relevant software.
3. Extensive knowledge of tool and dye, Fanuc controls, Kitamura,
and CNC Machine Operation. 4. Experience with Wire EDM, Mori Seki,
and Metal Stamping is a must. 5. Strong mechanical aptitude and
problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to read and interpret blueprints
and technical drawings. 7. Excellent attention to detail and a high
level of accuracy. 8. Good communication and teamwork skills. 9.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously. 10. A strong commitment to safety, quality, and
