Responsibilities As a Permanent Service Advisor, your duties will include: 1. Managing and processing repair orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary data is captured and documented. 2. Selling special services to clients based on their specific needs and requirements, with a focus on maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction. 3. Closing repair orders promptly upon completion of services, ensuring all charges are correctly applied and explained to the customer. 4. Leveraging your understanding of automotive terminology to effectively communicate with clients, technicians, and other stakeholders. 5. Providing accurate pricing information to customers, explaining the value and benefits of each service in a clear and compelling manner. 6. Delivering exceptional customer service at all times, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally. 7. Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to your role as a service advisor. Qualifications The ideal candidate for the Permanent Service Advisor position will have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a customer-facing role. 2. Demonstrated experience with managing repair orders, selling services, and closing repair orders. 3. A strong understanding of automotive terminology, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. 4. Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. 5. Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately calculate and explain pricing information. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. 7. A proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 8.
