Job Description:

Oversee all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, schedule management and quality control on all projects within the mulitfamily space. In this role you will provide guidance and leadership to team of assistant project managers and assistant superintendents and work alongside the Project Management team. Client Details Our client is a mid-sized general contractor based in Rochester, MN. They are most known around the industry for promoting their people. The specialize in commercial, education, healthcare, multifamily, office, and retail construction with some of the most well known leaders in the construction industry at the helm. They are currently going through strong, steady growth and are looking for someone to come in to join and continue to build on their success. Description Manage day-to-day activities to meet project milestones and ultimately meet or beat project completion date. Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications. Has knowledge and experience with other trades scope of work. Maintain daily and weekly logs of construction progress Maintain job-site safety, health and cleanliness Daily inspection of construction site to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other applicable regulations. Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to produce issues and plan coordination problems prior to beginning construction of the project.
