Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager - Professional Services: Lead day-to-day accounting functions: A/P, billing, cash applications, fixed assets, and general ledger operations. Mentor and develop a team of 4-5 professionals while fostering a performance-driven, collaborative environment. Oversee the month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations. Maintain strong internal controls and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and data accuracy. Support audit readiness, tax documentation, and cross-functional initiatives tied to budgeting and forecasting. Qualifications for the Accounting Manager - Professional Services: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership and full-cycle accounting operations.
