Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated Supervisor
for Ancillary Services within our Facilities & Maintenance
department. This role is pivotal in ensuring our health center
operates efficiently and continues to provide exceptional services
to underserved communities. The Supervisor will oversee the
maintenance, housekeeping, and security operations, ensuring they
meet our high standards of care and compliance. This leadership
position involves managing staff, coordinating with other
departments, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations,
and contributing to the overall strategic objectives of the center.
Oversee daily operations of housekeeping, maintenance, and security
departments. Manage and develop a team of technicians, custodians,
and security personnel. Ensure compliance with health and safety
regulations. Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to
minimize service disruption. Work closely with healthcare
professionals to ensure facility needs are met. Develop and monitor
the department's budget. Implement best practices for facility
management and operational efficiency. Leadership and staff
management Knowledge of health and safety regulations Budgeting and
cost control Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and analytical ability Project management Medical

Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred Project
Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
